Lunar New Year or T?t as the Vietnamese call it, is coming up on February 19th and I've teamed up with local Vietnamese designer Thai Nguyen Collections to bring you another traditional Vietnamese dress '�o d�i' series. Stylist Andrew Nguyen paired the �o d�is with more modern pieces such as ripped jeans and leather booties. For this particular look, the print of the �o d�i was simple but beautifully embellished with a stunning sequin, beaded pattern. Andrew threw on a faux leather jacket and instead of the traditional high waisted pant, I wore destroyed skinnies and booties. For this series, we partnered with photographer Kevin Wong and gallivanted around a couple temples in the Garden Grove/ Westminster area in Orange County.
