Two Point Oh LA's 5th Annual Snowball, Maker City LA

Two Point Oh LA hosted yet another festive Snowball to bring together so cal's fashion, beauty, and lifestyle bloggers and tastemakers at Maker City LA in Downtown LA to celebrate the holiday season. Prior to the soiree, bloggers and attendees were invited to experience the Styling Suite which included getting hair done by Blow Me Hair App (I had vintage waves done by hairstylist Leticia); a massage by Destination 2 Relaxation, and selecting a dress from Daily Look for the event (or accessories if you already had a dress). Styling Suite guests also got to enjoy an awesome mimosa and light bites bar. Andrew was my date so we went through the Styling Suite together, then off to dinner, and back for the big event. It was fun getting to see and reconnect with familiar faces or bloggers I usually don't get to see on a more regular basis. Yummy cocktails, a candy bar, Christmas ornaments and tunes filled the space; and at 9pm, guests were able to walk through a Gifting Suite and select items from various brands to take home and experience! If you're in the LA or OC area and looking for a great blogger network to be apart of, join Two Point Oh LA for $25 annual and have access to blogger events, happenings, and opportunities weekly.

Beads Beads Beads from KYSS Bracelets

HAPPY MONDAY! A few weeks back I met with jewelry designer Deanna of KYSS bracelets; we got together to talk about collaborating on a special FFF bracelet set. I can't wait to share a fun interview with Deanna and reveal our awesome bracelet set. Here's a casual denim look I styled with some KYSS stacks:

Silk Sleeveless Blouse, UNIQLO
Radiance Necklace, 31 Bits
Bracelets, KYSS
Skinny Jeans, RES Denim
Platform Booties, Forever 21

Spice up any simple blouse with denim outfit by adding fun accessories and jewelry. In my case, I liked how the statement necklace peaked out from the collar, and even though I had many bracelets stacked, my basic look served as a canvas to enhance my jewelry.

J.Jill Winter Wear Shopping with Shopular

A Media Preview of the revamped J.Jill at The Shops at Mission Viejo, and how you can score a great winter find with the Shopular App
I was so excited to get to visit The Shops at Mission Viejo for the unveiling of J.Jill's new concept storefront which features a more open layout and personalized shopping experience. Upon stepping into the store, I was immediately drawn in by the cozy sweaters and holiday color ways and prints. My friend Alyssa and I tried on so many sweaters, scarves, and comfy tops (and although comfy, didn't look unpolished). We settled on a couple different knit cardigan wraps, sweaters, and tunic tops; you'll just have to wait and see which pieces we took home and how we style them for this holiday season!

You may have seen in a previous post that discount app Shopular helped me save on a ton on Christmas decor from Michaels craft stores, and thanks to the Shopular app, they offer J.Jill promos and the most current coupon code can be redeemed until tomorrow, Saturday 12/6. Enjoy 40% off a full-priced item in-store or online! BUT, you'll need to download the Shopular app onto your phone to redeem the code, I'm not going to make it that easy for you, but I will say it is definitely worth it for one of the yummy sweaters or knitwear from J.Jill. Follow along to see my styled looks with the pieces I brought back with me from my preview of the store!

16th Colony's The Rumours Poncho in Goddess of Mystery

FFF Styling Mixed with California Inspired Outerwear Brand, 16th Colony by Renee Rodgers
When I met with OC designer and style blogger Renee Rodgers at Gypsy Den for coffee awhile back, we instantly hit it off. We had been following each other on IG for a few months and first met at a blogger networking event and knew we had to get together one on one. Renee proposed that I style and model in pieces from 16th Colony's Mystic Spirit Collection, and I excitingly obliged and was honored to get to work with her, I just adore her and her work! We met one more time so that I could see, feel, and try on the pieces I would be styling with my own wardrobe, and we selected 6 pieces to bring with us to none other than the beautiful, Joshua Tree National Park for our shoot. We uncontrollably giggled and got just so excited for our concept and theme of having me styled into almost mysterious, goddess like creature of the desert and its rock formations and foliage. We knew we wanted to go for a dark, and almost vampy beauty look and reached out to our favorite makeup artist, Dee of Swell Beauty. In terms of styling, we wanted to go more the unexpected route to show a different way to style the 16th colony pieces. For the first look, I styled the Rumours Poncho, which I absolutely love with the velvet burnout pattern and sleeve fringe; over a sequin gown and finished with charcoal grey booties. The sequins of the gown just seem to perfect amount of sparkle. I was like a siren crawling out from through the rocks to beckon for the sunset. This poncho can also be paired with leather bottoms or dark denim and heels or booties for a more casual look.

Floral Print & Faux Leather Outfit

My Black Friday Look

Why so fancy for my Black Friday outfit? Let's just say I got my shopping done the evening before in much more casual of a look, definitely no heels, and wanted to dress up a bit more to toast the holiday season at South Coast Plaza's The Penthouse Holiday Suite the day after Thanksgiving. I went for a sophisticated meets edgy look by pairing a cardigan with faux leather sleeves and an almost vintage-inspired, a-line floral print skirt. Did you do any Black Friday, Shop Small Saturday, or Cyber Monday shopping? If so, what did you get? Here are the details on my look:

Tank Top, Forever 21
Cardigan, Tahari
Skirt, TopShop
Clutch, Unknown Brand
Heels, Guess
