Purpose Brand Launch Party at the House of Blues, Anaheim

iSanctuary launched their new brand, Purpose, with the Autumn/Winter collection at the House of Blues in Anaheim a few days ago. Guests enjoyed live music, a chance to check out and purchase Purpose jewelry, food & drinks, yummy treats by Paige's Cake Pops, a photobooth by SoCal ShutterBooth, raffle prizes, and an appearance from former Real Housewives of Orange County star Lydia McLaughlin. "Purpose jewelry is handcrafted by survivors of modern day slavery. 100% of the proceeds benefit International Sanctuary, a non profit that provides holistic care for young women rescued from sex trafficking", read more about their mission here.

Behind the Scenes of International Princess Project Fall/Winter 14 Shoot

Happy Friday Everyone! I had an amazing time shooting with the International Princess Project for their Fall/Winter 2014 Campaign. Does IPP sound familiar? They are the great organization helping Indian women and children survivors of sex trade, read more about them here and when I shot with them the first time. For this particular shoot I along with three other models photographed in new fall PUNJAMMIES styles as well as 5 new trial styles that are currently available for purchase (limited quantity), the style purchased the most will be produced for Spring 2015. After shooting the products, the set was changed to fun gold confetti garlands and gift boxes for that festive, holiday vibe; then back to a neutral background with worn crates stacked on top of each other and succulent plants displayed throughout. I missed getting to shoot outside during sunset, so I was really bummed about that, but I saw some photos on photographer Patrick's Instagram and the shots look AMAZING. Shop IPP here!

Senhoa EM: the Collection Launch at Jo Malone, South Coast Plaza

Senhoa released their EM: the Collection Launch at Jo Malone, South Coast Plaza on September 22, Emancipation Day! Guests enjoyed light refreshments, and the beautiful collection on display amongst the yummy Jo Malone fragrances as well as on stunning models. Senhoa jewelry is handcrafted by vulnerable women in Cambodia so that they are able to have access to fair wages, health care, and education. Read more about how the Senhoa Foundation is combating modern slavery in Cambodia through prevention, rehabilitation and advocacy programs.
